I love all of the updates, and the service that you get from the customer service team is perfect!
I have been using Intelicode for about a year now. I think my favorite feature is the customer service. They have always been able to answer my questions. They have always been professional and friendly. I don't really like computers and software, so I was looking at it from the standpoint of not liking it and trying to find something wrong with it. Once I was able to get into it and pick it apart I have been very happy with it. I feel like our audits are compliant. I feel like the reporting mechanism has been wonderful and it has helped us to streamline our process. Overall, I have been very happy with it.
I love the Note Macros. You can put in instead of having to type it over and over again. I have a whole list of macros which I can click and add as I go through the audit.
I've been using Intelicode for about 3 years. I like the ListServe because there we get all our questions answered.
Thank you so much for the certificate for the book. It was a fabulous give-away last night. I have been using Intelicode since the first edition. I primarily use the program for educational purposes. We have 55+ physicians in 15 different specialty areas and my job is to teach and monitor chart documentation for those physicians. The format and reports make this so much easier. I can plug in different variables to actually show the physicians what a difference one or two words can make.
I think one of the best aspects of this program is that all users have input into what we want the product to do. It has evolved a great deal since the first edition. Product support is incredible. John has always been available for a "question and answer" session since the first day I received the product.

"Our department audits the physician practices at Wayne State medical School. Since we audit many different departments, and need to audit for Teaching Physician services as well, we purchased Intelicode Plus. This product is well worth the cost. Since we started using Intelicode a year ago, our productivity has increased tremendously! Intelicode is easy to use. We really like the flexibility in sorting the visit summaries for discussion with the whole department, or for a single physician, or for a particular code. The physicians really like to report format, and find discussion of audit findings much more beneficial.
I also have to say that the technical support is fantastic. Response time is within 24 hours in most cases. I have convinced management staff that Intelicode Plus is essential to our continued success!

Sharp Healthcare is a proud user of the Intelicode software! We audit for over 450 physicians and have effectively met audit deadlines due to the flexibility and user-friendly features of Intelicode. As new auditors come on board, the process for training is easy due to the format of Intelicode and therefore productivity is maintained.
