· Repair Database Menu Option The user can right click on the selected office and choose to repair the office · Question Added to the Medical Necessity Panel The new question allows the user to override the Reviewer E&M · More Diagnosis Codes You will now be able to indicate four dx codes for Provider and Reviewer · Procedure Codes On the end screen, we have added a tab for Procedure codes. The procedures are used the same way as the Diagnosis codes. We have allowed for 5 Reviewer and 5 Provider procedure codes and modifiers. · Double Click the Grids You can now double click the grids in the maintenance windows and Visit Summaries grid to select items (edit a visit in Visit Summaries) · Medical Necessity We added a Medical Necessity button on the End screen. This allows you to overwrite the Reviewer E&M based upon the Medical Decision Making · Updated CPT Codes We have updated the CPT codes and Service Categories to reflect recent changes in CPT for 2007. Now, the date of service will determine which set of codes will be used. · "Down Coded" DC There is now a DC column in both the Visit Summaries Grid and on the reports. This shows that the CPT code was Down Coded by the medical necessity questions. This will show as a "-DC" in the reports. · Updated Visit Summaries Grid The Visit Summaries Grid has been updated with new functionality. You can now select which columns to be displayed in the grid and you can print the grid just like it is shown on the screen. The grid now loads much faster, even with large amounts of data and all the sorting is reflected in the reports. With the new grid, you can select which columns to be shown in the grid. This allows you to customize the grid to meet your needs. · Numerous Bug Fixes As always, there are those pesky "features" also known as "bugs". We have fixed some that you may have known about and some others were not so obvious. · Preferences Menu We added a Preferences Menu to the main form in Intelicode. It contains any options that the user might want to change. · New Reports We have added new reports to Intelicode. They can be accessed from the Print Reports button on the Visit Summaries Screen. The report offer different grouping options including grouping by provider or by CPT code and calculating Net Fee Differences. The Report Printing Options window has also been changed. We have separated the reports into to sections, All Providers and By Provider. These can be accessed by selecting the tabs in the Report Printing Options window. · Graphs You will notice on some of the new reports that we have added graphs to the bottom of the report. This will allow auditors, doctors, or anyone looking at these graphs to identify problem areas quickly and more efficiently. · Financial Error % The financial error percentage is located in the Visit Summaries Screen with the running totals (Total Visits, Accurately Coded, Under coded, etc). This calculates the percentage Net Fee Difference is of the Total Dollar Amount. · Agree Check Box Also added to the end screen are Agree check boxes. These allow you to enter a Provider Diagnosis or Procedure codes and when you click the check box it will automatically set the Reviewer Diagnosis or Procedure code to the Provider. Each code is handled individually · Incident To Questions We added the Incident To questions. They are on the Patient Screen and are only available for the Office or Other Outpatient and Consultations service type. We added a column in the Visit Summaries grid to show the Incident To Symbol. It is either Y (met) or N (not met). · Archive Users, Providers, and Patients For those situations where you need to remove a previous auditor, provider, or patient that is no longer with your company or organization you can now remove them from the active list by archiving them. When a User is archived they will no longer show up in the drop down-list at login. The same goes for your providers.
