Furthermore, the user assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the input and subsequent output. This software is only to be used as a supplement to your existing coding books and reference material.
Intelicode S.MA.R.T. utilizes data from a variety of sources, including the AMA, NTIS, and various government sources. Although great care has been taken to deliver accurate data and or results, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data. TSI will use its best efforts to update the data on a quarterly basis (as it becomes available to us), and will provide these updates to you within a reasonable period of time after that.
Responsibility for data entry using the Software Product rests totally with the user and TSI hereby disclaims any and all accountability for said data integrity.
Term & Termination
You may terminate this agreement upon destroying all copies of the software product in your possession. You may also terminate this agreement by sending all copies of the software product to TSI.
