We have made a number of "behind the scenes" improvements to make S.M.A.R.T more intuitive and useful. Some of the changes are as follows:
Better
search results
S.M.A.R.T will now provide you with results even with partial word
searches! A
couple of examples of this are: "GI bleed" (Gastrointestinal
hemorrhage) and "divert" (Diverticulosis)..
Search
History
S.M.A.R.T now keeps a record of your search text, whether you search
by codes or description. This
makes it convenient to refer back to a previous search that was performed.
NOTE: Your
searches are only kept in temporary memory and will be cleared out when
you close out of the program.

Screen-specific
bookmarks
Your bookmarks are specific for the screen where you add it. Example:
If you
create a bookmark on the ICD-9 screen that bookmark will only be available
for the ICD-9 search.
Browse through entire sections or subsections of codes without having to search.
